By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GPSSquad is operated by GPSSquad (referred to in these Terms as GPSSquad, we, us, or our). We operate the Platform from India and serve users across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the European Union, and India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gpssquad.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account, transfer it to another person, or create accounts through automated means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GPSSquad provides AI assisted road trip planning tools, including itinerary generation, route mapping, collaborative trip planning, and related features. The Platform is a planning and organisational tool.
Itineraries, route suggestions, stop recommendations, fuel calculations, weather information, and other AI generated content are provided for planning purposes only. They are suggestions, not guarantees. GPSSquad does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI generated content.
You are solely responsible for verifying road conditions, checking current travel restrictions, confirming opening hours and availability of suggested stops, ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy, and complying with local traffic laws. Nothing on the Platform constitutes navigation advice, professional travel advice, or emergency guidance.
Do not rely on AI generated itineraries as your sole source of information for any journey.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
The Platform allows you to create, upload, and share content including trip details, notes, photos, and group communications (User Content). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant GPSSquad a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, store, display, and process your User Content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
All content on the Platform other than User Content, including the GPSSquad name, logo, software, design, text, graphics, and AI models, is owned by or licensed to GPSSquad and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use GPSSquads intellectual property except as necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
The Platform integrates third party services including Mapbox (mapping and routing), Anthropic (AI features), Open Meteo (weather data), and SendGrid (email delivery). Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third party terms of service.
GPSSquad is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third party services. Links to third party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold GPSSquad, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@gpssquad.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion.
On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For users in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws also apply and are not affected by this clause.
For users in Australia and New Zealand, applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 respectively apply and are not limited by these Terms.
For users in Canada, applicable provincial consumer protection legislation applies.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, subject to applicable mandatory local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
